Program Description:

The Preparing Future Faculty (PFF) program is a national project to better prepare graduate students and post-docs for the multiple roles they may be asked to serve as faculty members in a number of distinct types of academic institutions – research or comprehensive universities, liberal arts or community colleges, private schools or public ones. The project brings together faculty members, administrators, post-docs, and graduate students from research universities and their colleagues at partner institutions in an effort to future faculty students with a broader range of educational experiences than would be available to them at their home university. Duke University will participate in PFF for the twelfth year in 2003-2004.
