Preparing the Future STEM Faculty: Featured Programs

Instructions for Submitting Posters

Please e-mail the poster title and abstract to Forum2003@cirtl.net by October 1.

Posters must fit within a 4' x 4' space, preferably using most of that space. Materials will be provided for hanging your poster. A small area of table space will also be available at each poster for displaying program materials, such as brochures or flyers.

Each poster will be assigned a specific location in one of the meeting rooms. A legend will be available when you arrive at the hotel showing the location for your poster and a sheet with your poster title will be posted at the location that you have been assigned.

One representative from each team should be available during the poster session. The poster session will be held following lunch on November 5, from approximately 1:00 – 2:00 PM. In addition, participants will be able to view the posters during breaks throughout the Forum.

The posters should be up by 8:00 AM November 5 and taken down no later than 1:30 PM on November 6. We encourage you to hang your poster the evening of November 4. Project staff will be available until 10:00 PM on the 4th to assist you.
