Poster and Executive Summary Upload Instructions

- Recommended poster format is Adobe PDF. Acceptible formats also include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Microsoft PowerPoint.
- File size limit: 15 mb
- Recommended two-page executive summary format is Microsoft Word.
- The deadline for uploading posters and executive summaries is June 30th

If you are unable to convert your poster into any of the listed formats or have any questions about the CIRTL Forum, please contact Will Fulton at (608) 262-8545 or email wfulton at wisc.edu


To upload a file:

  1. Click this URL or copy/paste it into the address bar of your browser https://mywebspace.wisc.edu/xythoswfs/webui/_xy-19712488_1-t_42ujvjxY
  2. To upload a poster:

    1. Click on "Digital poster submissions"
    2. Click the "Upload" button at the top of the page
    3. Select the number of files you wish to upload from the dropdown menu
    4. Click "Browse" then select the correct file from your computer (When uploading multiple posters select a different browse button for each file)
    5. Click "OK"
To upload an Executive Summary:
  1. Click on "2 page executive poster summaries"
  2. Click the "Upload" button at the top of the page
  3. Select the number of files you wish to upload from the dropdown menu
  4. Click "Browse" then select the correct file from your computer (When uploading executive summaries select a different browse button for each file)
  5. Click "OK"
