2011 CIRTL Forum Poster Upload

Poster presenters should be at their posters during scheduled poster sessions to discuss their work with Forum participants. Posters must be designed to fit on a 4 ft. high x 4 ft. wide free-standing, cloth covered poster display and to be attached to boards with push pins or velcro. Posters may be prepared as a single poster or as several smaller sections mounted together.

Poster set up will be in the Wisconsin Ballroom of the Madison Concourse Hotel between 6:00-8:00 PM on Sunday October 9, 2011 or between 7:00-8:00 AM on Monday October 10, 2011. Posters must be taken down by 3:30 pm Tuesday October 11, 2011. Please stop at the Forum registration desk for a poster location chart.

Forum posters will also be made available via the CIRTL Forum website. Please upload a PDF version of your poster by October 7, 2011. File size is limited to 5 MB or less.
