Joining a CIRTLCast

CIRTLCasts are held in the Blackboard Collaborate room, which opens one hour before the session.

To participate in the CIRTLCast you will need:
  • Headphones (to prevent audio feedback)
  • A microphone
  • A webcam (optional)

To join:
  1. Go to the Blackboard Collaborate page.
  2. Click on “Enter the Blackboard Collaborate Room 2.”
  3. Enter the required information and click “Log In.”
  4. For Session Login Name, enter your name and institution, e.g. Kitch Barnicle (CIRTL Central).

Note: You do not need a CIRTL account in order to attend the CIRTLCast.
