First Check to see if you have the latest Java Update (Recommended)
NOTE to Google Chrome users: you may see a message indicating that you do not have the Java software required to run Blackboard Collaborate. This message appears even if your machine has a current Java version installed. You may check to see if your system is compatible by attempting to enter the Blackboard Collaborate configuration room on this same page. If you are able to launch Blackboard Collaborate then your Java is up to date. You may also visit this page in Internet Explorer or Firefox. If you receive the same message (that you do not have the Java software installed) you may need to download and install Java.
