Welcome!

The NSF Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning (CIRTL) sees graduate education as the strategic leverage point for preparing the future national STEM faculty and thereby for advancing STEM undergraduate education in the United States. CIRTL seeks to prepare future STEM faculty to be both superb researchers and excellent teachers.

This year we will expand the CIRTL Network from 6 to 25 major research universities, and submit a proposal for continued funding from the National Science Foundation.
