TAR Project: The Comparison of Traditional and Non-traditional Classroom Pedagogy at Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science

Online learning is growing tremendously and it is believed electronic education will continue to grow with no slowing down in the foreseeable future.  In 2009 the dollar volume for electronic or online learning was reported to be $27.1 billion and it is suggested that by 2014 that volume will increase to approximately $49.6 billion; this is nearly a 2-fold increase in five years and these figures allow for institutions to observe the importance of spending time to establish an adequate online learning environment for their students in an effort to increase overall academic success.
